This project will help provide my students with a calming room that will assist them with meditation and mindfulness. The items I have ordered will help me set up a room for my students, where they will be able to feel comfortable. With the workbooks I have ordered, I will also be able to provide them with exercises to try at home and incorporate their families. When students are feeling overwhelmed, angry, or upset, it is vital for them to have a space available to them at their school site. I want to help encourage my students to relax and take a few moments to clear their minds.
