  • Cubs Crave Chromebooks!

    I will be forever grateful for your generous donation to my classroom for chrome books. My students were so excited when I told them our project would be funded and we would have three more chrome books to add to our classroom usage. . Each day we do some type of activity on the chrome books. Many days we do multiple activities. These extra computers allow us not to have to share with others. As you can tell by the pictures there is more than excitement in these faces. We are beyond grateful for the thoughtfulness you shared with our Cubs”

  • Cubs Are Hungry for Technology!

    I cannot even explain the excitement I felt when I realized my project was funded. THANK YOU!! I couldn't wait for Christmas break to end to I could share the news with my students. The funding of these chrome books means that I can get more technology in the hands of my students more often. Students use these chrome books for research, looking up meanings of words. They define and learn what idioms mean. The possibilities for uses are endless. Sometimes they will be able to play educational games on the chrome books.

    Every single time I look at these chrome books I will think of you generous donors. Without you, my classroom would still be thirsty for more technology. You have helped with a need of these children and for that you are my heroes (known or unknown.)”

These Chrome books would help us work together with the latest technology and be relevant with our learning. We would use the Chrome book for research, review games, and to complete mandated testing. Students will also be able to received more individualized instruction and practice. Students will be completing projects using flip grid, power points, and other tools. When students have to rely on looking information up without technology they are not as engaged in the learning process. Having more technology will help the students view real word videos to assist with learning.

About my class
