This year, we started a new program--our lessons are one-hour long. Most of my students have a hard time seating at one place for more than ten to fifteen minutes. The lessons are fast-paced and want my students to engage while learning each component of the lesson thoroughly. My students have a neurological language-based disability, and they have a high tendency to have an attention deficit. Flexible seating is the best approach--Everything I do in my classroom is based on research and best practices for kids. Redesigning my classroom this year is not any different. Help make the best learning environment for my students!
