Thank you for giving my students the opportunity to explore dance in a new way . I cant wait to see the excitement in their faces from seeing the ballet barres. This classroom project was brought to life by Anonymous Supporter and one other donor.

Giving students the ability to express themselves through dance is very important. Not only does it allow them to be free, but it also creates a safe zone. Creating this environment with the proper materials will also help build confidence within the students. Having the ballet barres will help the students learn a lot about their body placements and positions. Using the ballet barre will also help improve flexibility when we do various exercises. The students will also need dance shoes in order to perform at their best ability when we go across the floor. Having these shoes will allow the students to feel confident in what they are doing. Using the shoes is a necessity in dance, and we would like for all the students to be able to have what they need in order to be successful.
