Students will use the Chromebooks to research the racial and educational inequalities that have affected students throughout schools across America for many decades. They will research ways to overcome the stereotypes in education to promote racial equity. Having access to updated computers is one step toward the equitable education for these students that live in a community with limited resources. It will also give them opportunities to be successful in the challenging and competitive world of education. Being able to use current technological devices, students will have the ability to locate information on the internet to expand their knowledge about children in other communities suffering the same challenges they face and steps that are being taken to solve the problem of racial bias and inequality in education. By donating to this project, you will provide endless opportunities!
