Let’s Make This the Best Year Ever
Funded Aug 4, 2024We can not thank you enough for your amazing contribution to our 4th grade community. Many of my students do nothave access or income to provide appropriate classroom supplies to begin the school year. Due to budget cuts in our city, we received no stipend this year for supplies for our students.
From pencils to name tags to folders and brand new Crayola Crayons, watching the children's eyes light up with excitment due to having all brand new school supplies is PRICELESS. Your contribution has allowed everyone to participate in all activites within our classroom. It brings a sense of accomplishment and belonging knowing you have everything you need to be successful throughout the school day.
Once again thank you for your donations. It has helped formed positive attitudes, relationships and self-esteem in all 26 of my students.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Perchard

More Markers
Funded Dec 31, 2019Thank you so much for the markers. As I am sure you are aware, our kids spend a majority of time on computerized technology and miss the old style
of project based work creating their own inventions. As part of our STEM project based awareness, we are constantly trying to create innovative but fun ways for the kids to express themselves. Coloring is one thing that never seems to go out of style for our youngsters. As we all know, there is nothing better than creating your own work and the pride that it brings to our student to showcase their masterpieces.
We also use coloring as a form of behavior therapy to help children who are traumatized express how they are feeling or what they may need from
the adults around them. We look forward to sending you are examples of
your great work. Thank you once again for your generous donations.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Perchard
