The 24 Game is a good tool for my students to practice their math operations. It is not only a tool, but also a game that my students love to win. Most of my students are visual learners. Different colors of paper will serve different purposes for math practice. For example, all my students know a rainbow has 7 colors, from cold to warm. In understanding number theory, we will use different colors to represent different numbers: cold colors representing negative numbers whereas warm colors representing positive numbers. In addition, every student has different preference of colors for their projects. With their favorite colors, they are happier to decorate their math projects.
