  • Ink Needed to Print

    Funded Nov 29, 2022

Thank you so much for donating ink to my class. It is very essential for us to have to have colored ink for our printer for so many different uses such as printing pictures to go along with our different units, labeling materials, printing visuals to support students and printing social stories which is an excellent learning tool that supports the safe and meaningful exchange of information between parents. The colored ink will help my students see images in color. I'm happy to share the pictures with you. Thank you so much.”

  • Classroom Basics Needed

    Funded Oct 26, 2022

Thank you so much for bringing my project to life. With your donations we were able to get basic classroom materials such as a stapler, pencils, sharpies and highlighters. Highlighters are used daily and help students in learning to trace their names and practice their fine motor skills. Sharpies are used by the staff on project etc. Staplers are being used on classroom projects and for posting student work on bulletin boards. I'm happy to share the pictures with you. These materials were much needed and are used daily in our classroom.”

  • Laptop Desk Stand Needed to Present Lessons

    Funded Apr 6, 2022

In our classroom we incorporate technology in our lessons. With the laptop table stand we are now able to easily present learning videos to students. It is adjustable so we can make sure all students will easily be able to see the screen. Locking wheels and a large base provide mobility and stability to this mobile workstation. Moving it from location to location is very easy, yet stable during use. Thank you so much for making it possible. I am so thankful for your donations to my project. You have made presenting lessons fun, safe and easy!”

  • Projection Screen Needed To Best Present Lesson Plans

    Funded Dec 1, 2021

Our classroom was in need of a Projection Screen to display lesson and learning videos. The matte white viewing surface easily rolls down and comes equipped with an auto locking feature so we can easily adjust the height for our students. This screen is lightweight and durable; making it perfect for our young learners. In our classroom we have students with different learning styles and we do our best to present lessons to meet the needs of each individual child. We have received the screen but are still waiting for the district to attach it for us. Thank You so much for your donations.”

  • Equipment Carts Needed To Carry Materials

    Funded Aug 4, 2021

Thank you so much for donating to my project. The equipment carts have been so helpful in carrying materials. This has made our transition from indoors to outdoors smoother and easier. We had to carry supplies for students and it took away from instructional time, but now we do it with ease. We use the carts to roll out fine motor/gross motor toys and materials. Thank you for making a big difference by donating to our classroom. Your donations helped purchase much needed materials. I'm excited to share the pictures with you all.”

Many of my students are non-verbal. Making visual schedules and charts is a big help! We could really use a class camera! By donating to our project, you will not only help students with transitions, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. To assist those who struggle with understanding or expressing language, visual supports can be used. Visual supports can help students learn new skills, know what to do, and to help them feel included. Visual supports using pictures in the classroom can promote independence in children. They know where to find things and where to put items away. They can also be used to support behavior needs. When students know what is expected or know what to do, behavior issues may reduce. We are also in need of other materials, like Clorox wipes, dry erase markers, and storage boxes, to help us stay organized and keep our classroom clean. Thank you!
