My students are working to change habits that are very ingrained: the way they speak or articulate. Making Speech Therapy more interesting by increasing the variety of cues and supports will make engaging in therapy rewarding for my students. Speech Therapy can change a student's entire life: students with articulation disorders are more likely to struggle socially which could impact their desire to continue their education. Speech therapy can dramatically change a student's ability to communicate clearly and effectively both in the classroom and their personal lives. They need this support!
