Chromebooks provide Kindergarten students amazing access to technology in the classroom. Kindergarten is a crucial year in K-12 education. Many, if not all, of the foundational skills are being learned for the first time. Students typically use technology throughout their entire education and Kindergarten is often the starting point. Kindergarten students begin developing their fine motor skills at this age, and often find it difficult to use laptop/Chromebook track pads. The USB mice would provide greater usability and accessibility for them, while the use of headphones would comfortably cancel noise to ensure that students are able to focus while using Chromebooks.
