Finished projects need to dry. Currently my students place their projects that are finished on a shelf, and most days they are overlapped by others. These wet printmaking prints now stick to one another and ruin the students' work. A drying rack in my room will help the students to place their work on shelves specifically for their class and dry in a perfect way so their artwork will not be ruined by mistake. Students can have a studio space which mimics an artist's printmaking studio. They can get the feel of what it would be like to work in a print maker's studio.
