In my music classroom, the general supplies are needed for everyday activities. No student should be without basic supplies for school, and the materials I have asked for will ensure that students are prepared for their classroom! The materials that I have requested will help students be prepared for every opportunity to learn during the school year. This prevents any situation where a student does not have the supplies needed for class. Each of the supplies that I have requested plays a role in ensuring that students are well prepared for every assignment in my classroom. All writing utensils will ensure that students are able to complete written activities throughout the year and I am able to write on the board as well as make posters. The clipboards will allow students to have a place to complete their work, as my class has no desks. There will be minimal written work, but students need to be able to have a stable place to complete their work. Folders allow me to collect each student's work throughout the year as a portfolio to hand back at the end of their time at my school. While I will be making most of my own posters, the few wall decorations that I have asked for provide important information for the students to reference throughout the year to bolster their music knowledge, and to encourage independent learning! Thank you so much for all of your time and support for my classroom!
