These materials will provide my students a more diverse body of cultural readings and an efficient way of storing and organizing the books and their work. I also hope to present varied cultural perspectives so that my students find something that interests them or something that they connect with culturally or personally. I want to show my students that there are Spanish-speaking people who look like them and that there may be more similarities between cultures, such as family life, daily routines or interests and hobbies than we might realize. I want them to see how exciting and intriguing it can be to study other languages and cultures, so that they might develop a passion and share it with their own loved ones.

About my class
