During Wildcat Hour I would like to teach students to make homemade cards. The students would make a card to keep and a card to donate to our local Children's Hospital. The Card Club will be open to all students where they will be able to be creative next to others they might not have the chance to meet. The club will be a safe, phone-free environment. I believe that everyone is creative given the opportunity and access to resources. The donation of a card is a lesson in paying it forward. My hope is that students will connect, relax, create, feel accomplished and learn to give to others. Albert Einstein said, " Creativity is contagious, pass it on." I am hoping you will join me in investing in our students. Thank you for your consideration.
