My students love working together and centers provide them with important learning opportunities to socialize and practice their teamwork skills. A big book center can help me get creative. I can use giant post its, hang charts from it, give them a place to read their big books. Right now they read them on the floor and they are so small they have a hard time turning the pages. A listening center will be a fun way to engage them to make connections between words and illustrations while listening to a book and the smaller things will help them improve their fine motor skills while building on their phonics comprehension. Thank you for considering helping me, I know my class will appreciate having more center time options.
