  • Kindergarteners Are Engineers!

    Funded Mar 8, 2025

Thank you so much for your generous support! Our classroom has been buzzing with excitement ever since we received our new STEAM toys—magnetics, magnet blocks, and magnet movers.

The moment my students saw the materials, their eyes lit up with curiosity and joy. During free choice time, they eagerly explore, build, and experiment, creating everything from tall towers to intricate structures. It's incredible to watch them collaborate, problem-solve, and think critically while having so much fun!

One of the most memorable moments was when a group of students worked together to build a bridge using the magnetic blocks. They tested different designs, adjusted their structures, and celebrated when their bridge held strong! These hands-on experiences are helping them develop key STEM skills, creativity, and teamwork.

Looking ahead, we plan to integrate these materials into our science lessons, exploring concepts like magnetism, force, and engineering design. Your support has truly enriched our learning environment, and we can't thank you enough for making this possible!”

  • Snacks for Hungry Bellies!

    Funded Oct 21, 2024

We can't thank you enough for your generosity in supporting our classroom snack project! When the snacks arrived, my students were absolutely thrilled. Their excitement filled the room as they eagerly unpacked the boxes, knowing that they would have the nourishment they need to stay focused and energized throughout the day.

These snacks have made a huge difference in our classroom. Many students struggle with hunger, and having access to healthy snacks means they can concentrate better, stay engaged in their lessons, and approach learning with a positive mindset. One particularly special moment was seeing a student who often had trouble focusing light up with renewed energy after a quick snack break—ready to tackle the next challenge.”

  • Testing Quietly With Headphones!

    Funded Oct 21, 2024

Thank you for the donations to my project. These headphones have made it easier for students to plug in and stay focused. Their ease of use and durability make a big difference in the classroom, especially when students can focus on their learning without worrying about technical difficulties. We use the headphones during our iReady testing and lessons. Reliable headphones can make a big difference during testing by helping students focus, reducing distractions, and ensuring they can clearly hear any audio instructions or questions.

I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for your generous support. The headphones you helped provide have made a significant impact on our students, especially during testing. With these high-quality, durable headphones, students can focus better, minimize distractions, and clearly hear instructions—helping them perform at their best.

It's amazing to see how something as simple as a reliable pair of headphones can make such a difference in their confidence and success. Because of your generosity, our students have the tools they need to stay engaged and do their best work.

Thank you for being a part of our students' journey. Your support truly makes a difference!”

  • Writing With Style!

    Funded Oct 21, 2024

We are definitely putting the materials that we received into good use. The primary journals are such a big help in our kindergarten classroom. We use the journals in the morning for the morning do now. These primary journals have made it easy for students to learn how to use a journal. Students are understanding that we use one page at a time and that we write in the line. We use the blank white space for drawings that represent our writing. Students felt like mini adults with their journals, they felt like they were responsible enough to keep it in their chair pockets.

We use flair pens when publishing our final books. We will be using them soon as we are about to finish a book. We use our bookmarks with our math books and some students use them in their library books.

Thank you so much for all the items that were donated! We have truly enjoyed each item. All students loved the astronaut spacer. Many students no longer need it, which shows that the space man was able to help them out when writing.”

  • Snacks for Hungry Bellies!

    Funded Jan 8, 2024

Thank you for sprinkling kindness on my project! This project was for classroom snacks. This year, we struggled to get snacks, but because this project got funded, we were able to keep our bellies calm towards the end of the day.

All students were grateful that we received snacks for the class. By having this project funded, students were able to stay calm and focused during our science lesson and our closing circle for the day. Students were more motivated to share out and to stay focused during our science lessons.

    All donations are greatly appreciated.”

  • "Swiffing" the Mess Away!

    Funded Sep 29, 2023

Thank you for sprinkling kindness on my project. The mini ChapSticks we received where a major hit during the winter. Many students and including myself were beginning to get chapped lipped. My students tried their best to be responsible with their ChapStick. The ChapSticks were not the only amazing thing we received. We also received cleaning supplies.

We use the duster frequently. It can get a bit dusty, so the duster has been extremely handy. We do use the Swiffer mop and the mop pads on Fridays. I make sure to clean the little, small amount of floor we have because it can get messy throughout the week since we eat breakfast in the classroom and sometimes students spill as they are throwing away their trash or accidently spilling milk.

    Thank you for donating!”

  • Watercolor Fun

    Funded Sep 21, 2023

Thank you for sprinkling kindness on to my project! My students were excited when they saw that we received art supplies. They were excited to use the watercolors! I had one student who had not painted with watercolors before. All my students have enjoyed painting!

We have used the materials to paint amazing painting. We have created many different paintings like a winter and spring painting. We have also used the other art supplies like the coffee filters and black card stock to create the solar eclipse from April 8th. With the card stock we have created flowers and other crafts. We decorate our classroom door with the cardstock we received.

Thank you for all the donations.”

My 5th graders and I are in the old computer lab. Since it was a computer lab, there is no lower storage at all! There is also no space for my students to place their supplies. We also have tables so there is no space for my students to store their personal supplies, therefore right now our room is very cluttered with all of their supplies under the table. This makes it difficult for the room to stay clean. This also creates a safety hazards because it causes students and myself to trip on supplies on accident. We would love to present accidents from happening.
