These materials will make such a difference in the way I can teach and my ability to provide meaningful lessons to my students. Most of my students would never be able to afford or have time for piano lessons or for ukulele lessons. Since I have the ability to pull my students out of class for small lessons, it will not only build their musicianship but their relationship with me and the chance to feel comfortable to make music. Small group lessons, both in ukulele and piano, will help to boost the student's musical confidence and literacy. They can then carry these skills with them whether for pleasure or to pursue music in a more academic fashion.
