My middle school is implementing a new school-wide incentive program. The program encourages students to follow classroom and school expectations to earn Blazer Bucks that they can redeem for prizes. The purpose of this program is to instill the MTSS-B expectations of Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible. Teachers will provide specific positive reinforcement and Blazer Bucks to students that exemplify these expectations. An example: Sean, great job being respectful by holding the door open for Melissa because her hands were full. These incentives will be used as redeemable prizes for students earning Blazer Bucks. Thank you for your consideration!
