As the second half of the school year begins, many students are running low on supplies and are in need. Having the basics, such as pencils, erasers, markers, crayons, glue, and scissors, will help allow students to complete classroom assignments. If we truly want our children to be successful in the classroom, we have to make sure we provide the best classroom tools and environment. These supplies will make an enormous difference in our classroom. Students will be so very grateful to start their school day off with supplies and an organized classroom. With 90% of the students in the class receiving free or reduced-price lunch, by providing these tools, students and families will have one less thing to provide. Now students will have the tools to complete posters for class projects and show their creativity in as many ways as they can.
