Help me give students incentives to improve academic achievement and behaviors in the school. We have all had a very difficult past couple years dealing with Covid. We are now realizing the scope of the impact the chaos has had on our students. This school year has been particularly trying for all schools. We have not been an exception. The emotional impact on students is very clear, and very difficult for educators to manage. These behaviors affect student achievement when their teachers are constantly consumed with them. Having tools to incentivize students can make a huge impact. We can use these incentives to increase fluency in Nevada College and Career Readiness standards such as "prepare for and participate effectively in a range of conversations and collaborations with diverse partners, building on others’ ideas and expressing their own clearly and persuasively, Integrate and evaluate information presented in diverse media and formats, including visually, quantitatively, and orally, Evaluate a speaker’s point of view, reasoning, and use of evidence and rhetoric."
