These three tablets will be a wonderful and much-needed addition to my classroom. I teach pre-k special need students and I am always looking for ways to get and keep them engaged. These Galaxy Tabs will be great at getting their attention because they love to interact with technology. I will have them use the tablets to access a program called TeachTown Basics that teaches them various skills. The tablets will also be used to help them practice coloring and tracing in a new way other than on paper. Allowing students to experience information in a variety of ways and through a variety of mediums increases their interest and retention of the information. The tablets will add a new and much needed dimension to my classroom.
