The Slam/Medicine Balls will be used by our students for numerous exercise movements during physical education classes and or clubs. They will allow them to do exercises such as Wall Balls, Med Ball Cleans, Med Ball Squats, Slams, Carries and much more. This equipment is just a small portion of what these students need for a full experience of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). These students have been doing all Bodyweight training for the most part because we lack the equipment or just flat out do not have enough equipment to go around. The exercise benefits have shown to increase attendance, self-esteem, and grades in the educational setting.
