  • Can You Hear Me Now?

    Our school community is thrilled to have received these floor mics! When we announced that our project was funded, our cast gave a standing ovation! Our A/V Squad couldn't wait to get their hands on their new tech tools.

    Unfortunately, our spring production of Bye Bye Birdie was canceled due to the global health crises. Our graduating seniors are sad that they did not get a final performance and that they were unable to take advantage of our new equipment. Despite this disappointment, there is a song in the show called "Put on a Happy Face," and that's just what we've done! We are beyond thrilled that future productions will be enhanced by your generous donation!

Our school musical productions have been plagued by sound issues. Our students work so hard to bring quality productions to the community, but our school lacks the proper audio equipment to amplify their performance. Imagine the disappointment that cast members face when their family members in the audience report that they can't hear them. We want their talent and dedication to be heard! Our auditorium was built without a fly system, so we are unable to hang choral microphones to capture students' voices. We need to place boundary microphones along the edge of the stage so that students can be heard over the accompaniment. This project will improve the experience for the audience and the performers, and it will enhance the program as a whole.

About my class
