  • Headphones For Everyone!

    What a wonderful way to start the new year! I am so grateful for this fabulous gift. My students will be surprised to see that we now have a full set of headphones to help us learn. It is such a relief to know that we have access to headphones that work and we don't have to share with several other classrooms. This very generous gift will make our lives much easier and give us so much more time actually learning instead of searching for working headphones. We will use them to support our online learning and our district and state required testing. Thank you again.”

    Thank you so much for helping our flexible seating classroom project. It was really fun to see how the flexible seating supported my students' learning during the school year. The students had a lot of fun using them and realized how much the flexible seating really did support their learning. We especially were grateful for the weighted blankets and pretended that they were "glue" helping us stay in our seat.

  • Help Support 3rd Graders With Biography Books!

    Thank you so much for your generous donation to our biography book collection. My students had such a productive year reading books about historical figures that made an impact. They were able to use these books for our 6 week long project of researching and writing about an important person. We even wrapped it up with a wax museum where they dressed up as the person they researched and showcased all their hard work to the members at our school.

    In my class, several students were nervous for this project but after we spent time collaborating and learning about impactful people together they became more and more excited. Thank you for helping them find this joy and giving me something that will be used in the years to come.”

The empty shelves and cupboards in my classroom are patiently waiting for new books and fresh art supplies to fill them. Now, we just need your help bringing them there! Help my students find a passion for reading! Student's interest in reading grows when they have books they can relate to. They need stories that are funny, interesting, exciting, and adventurous to keep them engaged. My students deserve to have a classroom library that will pique their interest and spark a fire within them! When students find books they are motivated by they not only grow their comprehension and reading skills but develop their skills in other content areas as well. This helps boost their confidence to make them fierce leaders ready to take on the world! Giving children access to art supplies helps them learn to think outside the box. When they have to use the creative part of their brain they are forced to be more flexible with their work. Through art children learn to have a growth mindset. The art materials I am requesting will assist students during art projects and help build their growth mindset. Together and independently the items I am requesting will help grow strong leaders for future generations.
