• Organize to Prioritize

  Thank you so much for helping us get new storage units for our classroom. These have been a game changer for our reading intervention material. The wire wall shelf is used to hold check in sheets and test accommodation sheets for students to access. The desk organizer has allowed materials to be put away and the table to be open for students to use outside of reading intervention time to work or take assessments.

  The wired shelves on wheels have allowed us to make our reading intervention materials more mobile. As a result, we have been able to utilize our flexible seating more during these reading interventions. The students have enjoyed getting to sit on bean bags, the floor, and even floor chairs as they practice their reading fluency, comprehension, and decoding skills.

• Breathe, Count, & Visualize

  Thank you so much for helping our classroom out. We are excited to get restocked on desk stretch bands to help students get their wiggles out! The new number lines have been wonderful and the students look forward to the fun animal characters that are on there. The picky pads have helped us restock on social/emotional calm down needs in our sensory corner.

  Our new light covers have helped us limit the lighting in our room and create a calm environment for students to learn in. The calendar will be used to help us have the date located in a second location for students to see and use.

• Dry, Erase, & Complete Your Work!

  Thank you so much for supporting our K-5 Learning Support Classroom. We are incredibly grateful for your support and help in getting these new materials.

  The dry erase markers will help us break down material while allowing students to have fun writing on the dry erase tables. Students enjoy getting to pick their desired color and often enjoy writing on the dry erase table. In return, this helps with motivation while completing tasks that students may not want to complete.

  The Teachers Pay Teacher's gift card will help us add in resources as needed. This will help provided students with additional practice and resources aligned with specific needs of each students.

• Hang in There!

  Thank you so much for helping our classroom get clipboards to assist with progress monitoring. These have proven to be incredibly helpful as we keep track of everything we need to get done. Having this resource has helped us to be more organized and efficient when it comes to data collection.

  The magnetic hooks have also been helpful in displaying work that still needs to be completed. The students see it on the board and know they need to work on it when they arrive for their support.

• Read Allowed All Around

  Thank you so much for your generosity. Your donation helped us to get recordable buttons for our K-5 Learning Support classroom! These have helped us so much last school year! They have been used to help students have their tests read aloud while I was working between students. The buttons have also been used during lessons to help create interactive and fun around the room activities.

• Stools & Sequins

  Words are not even able to describe how grateful we! We received the last item today which was the sequence sensory wall. My students immediately rushed over and started drawing with their hands on it. This new item was placed in our calm down/break corner and will be used for social/emotional needs as well as a reward to help motivate students to complete their classwork.

  We are excited to have new colorful markers to use on the whiteboard tables for math. We are always going through dry erase markers and this will help us be able to add color to the classroom. The students enjoy getting to pick certain colors which can help make the difference for students who may struggle or not enjoy to work on math problems.

  Our new stools will be loved and used during reading and math daily. Our older stools will be retired as they reach the end of their time in our classroom. My students are excited that there are new stools to replace them.

• Dot, Write, and Dry Erase

  You are all amazing! Thank you so much for your kind donation to our Learning Support classroom! We used the dotters for the first time the other day and the students were so excited to work on number identification!

  The whiteboards were used the first day we got them for test support! I had students spread out in my room and a student asked to use on to help figure out an answer. The students enjoy using the whiteboards and look forward to using them.

  The Velcro will be used to help create various visuals throughout my classroom as well as in the general education classroom to help support Learning Support students as needed.

• Spread the Good News, It's Mail Time!

  Thank you so much for donating to our classroom! We have already sent out some new post cards to celebrate hard work and good grades. The students were incredibly excited and proud to receive a post card in the mail. They never know when one may show up in the mail which makes it even more exciting!

  These post cards help encourage my students to continue to work hard. It reminds them that it is not going unnoticed.

• Squish It, Stomp It - Sensory Time

  Thank you so much for your generous donation. The sensory tiles are out and ready for students to see at open house! I know they are going to love the new addition to our classroom. These tiles will help provide social and emotional comfort when students take breaks to help self regulate
