I am requesting Chromebooks for my classroom to help make my lessons more accessible for all of my students, especially my emerging bilinguals and students with different learning styles. Technology in the classroom gives students who might otherwise have a hard time connecting with the material a clearer entry point and makes the material more accessible for them. With technology for my students, I will also be able to work with my students on their scientific literacy to help them connect science and the outside world. My goal is to give each student in my classroom a connection to science and love of learning.

About my class
