Most of my students come from low-income homes and come to school yearning to learn. I would love to get a laptop to power our smart board. Children learn a lot from technology and I think our class can benefit from the laptop and Smartboard for music and movement activities from the "Learning Station" and learning games from Starfall and ABC Mouse. I have Hispanic students that learn English through computer apps, games and songs. It is important to have a laptop so that we can get our groove on, with dancing songs, to support our I'm Moving, I'm Learning curriculum.
