These adjustable shelves would allow my students to store instruments in my classroom safely. Currently we do not have anywhere to place the instruments. Often instruments become damaged when stored on floor. Shelving would help save the cost of replacing damaged items. Respect isn't only taught in academics. The shelves would assist me in teaching my students how to properly care for and store instruments. This is an important lesson. Many of my students will be handling an instrument for the first time. Especially those students that are not able to purchase one of their own. I would be able to teach them how to respect borrowed goods on a daily basis.
