Being able to have options and flexibility to learn the way that is best for the individual could make the difference in a days work! Some of my students prefer to stand and work instead of sitting. Stand up desks will give those kids that awesome opportunity! Standing at a regular desk makes the student have to lean down to complete the work, thus slowing down their productivity and possibly creating back strain. As an educator I strive to find ways to increase each student’s potential. I would love to have the stand up option to meet my student’s diverse needs.
