Help me give my students a printer. By donating, these budding authors will have the ability to print directly in our class. They will also be able to quench their thirst without leaving our room.

I am beyond grateful!!! Thank you for your generosity. This will make a tremendous difference in my class. This is just in time for our cycle 7 (summer school) students. They worked really hard to complete STAAR but came slightly under the bar. These items will help us stay organized and get to learning.”

Thank you for your donation to my project. My students will be so excited to receive these items. Your generosity will never be forgotten in the hearts of these students. I am sincerely touched by what you have done for my students. There is nothing more touching than to give to a hungry child.”
My students and I are so happy for your donation of Kleenex, wipes and sanitizer. During cold and flu season this has helped my students to stay healthy and able to be in attendance. We all know that sick kids should not be at school. With these supplies absenteeism was down, which means students were present for learning.
I really appreciate having more students in attendance. This allows all students to learn at the same time. Which reduces the number of times I have to reteach a lesson or fill in the gap for a student that may have been absent. I am able to focus more on students that may need help understanding a concept that day.
Thank again.”

With your generous donations the kids at Mitchell Elementary will walk into an atmosphere of love and learning. I have planned lessons where students will not only read silently to themselves but will read to other students. I have purchased magazines for students to read upon entering the library. This will allow students the opportunity to read short articles before the lesson of the day is taught. The seating will be used as an area to accomplish this goal. The games are for the last ten minutes for those students that finish first. We will also use for rainy day games.
