Reading can be difficult and boring to some students. However, some prefer using technology. Students are savvy and enjoy using technology. Technology tools are more appealing to students. I believe that using tablets will be more motivational for the students. I have seen first hand how students rather use some type of technology to complete assignments therefore I am certain students will be more incline to read books online using the tablet. Our school library uses a website that provides e-books for the students to checkout and read on their tablet. I believe technology will increase the student's motivation to read and increase their vocabulary.
