I work with students with special learning needs (cross-categorical). They require instruction that is visual, as well as hands-on. I also work with students with ADHD, and they would benefit from seating accommodations designed to support their need to move during whole and small group instruction. That is why the wobble seats would be perfect for my class. The fidgets would help my students calm down and focus more. The instructional whiteboard will enable me to write and post lessons, as well as give students the opportunity to practice what they are learning on the whiteboard. My students would benefit from not only seeing what I post on the whiteboard, but also by being able to get up and move up to the whiteboard to figure out problems. All these resources will be used beyond this school year and will benefit my students in the years to come.
