These lap desks and flexible seating will assist in enhancing the flexible seating environment that I strive to create to help my little learners. Currently, my students are able to use clipboards and cardboard cushions I made to have a more flexible seating environment during centers and independent work times. Allowing students to have a different form of seating than a traditional desk and chair helps students be more engaged in their learning. These seats and lap desks are a great fit for my students to learn better. Making sure the student is comfortable is critical and in turn will enhance their motivation; when they get a choice in their seating they are more productive. The products I have selected will help my students greatly by giving them more flexible seating options in our classroom. The lap desks will allow them to sit on the floor with a cushion anywhere in the room. The cushion seats will allow them to be comfortable sitting at a lowered table. The wobble stools will help with those students who just need to get those wiggles out while working, they can also be used at a higher leveled table. I believe that flexible seating will greatly benefit my students!
