My students come from low socioeconomic homes where access to computers, internet and technological devices is minimal. Having technology is important for the students to be able to complete their homework and online enrichment programs. The school students’ population is huge making it difficult for all teachers to have sufficient laptops. With the students not having experience with the usage of technology it is difficult for them to see how great technology can be for their learning experiences. With a laptop and pocket chart stand the students will have the capability to acquire about technology and create research based projects that they have never created before through a mobile station. The students will discover satisfaction in being involved in progressive technology that covers their learning opportunities in a new way.
