  • Color Printer to Share Creativity!

    Thank you so much for your support in getting a classroom color printer. My students work so hard on their projects and assignments and to be able to print their work and display it for others to see is a blessing. They are so excited to be able to print their work and see it displayed in the classroom. It helps boost students self confidence in their work and abilities in the classroom.

    This printer also allows us to have more dynamic lessons that will further students understandings of the material. Pictures can be printed in color instead of black and white which will also students to see more details and analyze the image. My students truly enjoy being able to see pictures, diagrams and their work exactly how it should be displayed to further their understanding and self-confidence.”

  • Interactive Lessons: The Use of Technology to Make Learning Fun

    Thank you for your support in making my classrooms interactive! My students so far have used Nearpod.com to analyze the impeachment process in my Law classes and to help my Mass Media students analyze the racism that appears in Disney movies and Television shows.

    The use of Nearpod for these lessons has made the learning process easier for the students to understand due to being able to annotate the slides and work collaboratively with their peers. My students are most excited for the chance to use technology as the classrooms we are in does not have 1:1 technology. This online program allows my students to have a 1:1 technology feel while using an everyday object that they all have -- a cell phone.
