Imagine a virtual classroom! With the uses of technology donations, like tablets, the advantages in my classroom are limitless. Students will have the opportunity to be highly engaged in online, rigorous lessons in all subjects. During ELA, the whole group can participate in live-action stories read-a-loud with assessments. We can also utilize our tablets to explain, extend, and evaluate with our math teachings. The entire class can visit the past, on-screen, rather than 2D images for social studies; or explore space in science. This will not only change my teaching style for the better but also impact a child's mind beyond the textbooks and dry-erase boards in the classroom.
