The materials will be used to create S.T.E.A.M. based centers. S.T.E.A.M. is an acronym that stands for science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. STEAM is a project-based approach to learning that requires students to be critical thinkers, problem-solvers, and engage with manipulatives. My students will be eager to come to school everyday! Every morning my students will be greeted with interactive centers that I will create for them with the materials listed. What a way to start off our day! With the use of these materials, we are also building a safe, classroom environment. Since the materials are open-ended, my students will be excited to express themselves!

About my class
