I teach sixth grade History and Science in Los Angeles, California. I'm always seeking new ways to make the learning in my classroom engaging and relevant to my students. This year I'm teaching a seventh grade podcasting elective class to help students explore journalism, storytelling, and public speaking. I've previously taught Lego Robotics as an elective and also coached a Lego Robotics team at our school. Students can do amazing things when they see that their creative work can have an impact in the world.
