Most of the students that I teach are ESL students that will benefit from using technology in the classroom. My goal for them is I want them to learn how to use various web 2.0 tools such as: Google Classroom, Flip Grid, Animoto, Quizlet, Padlet, Prezi, Kahoot, Brainpop, Nearpod, and Edpuzzle to name a few. I am requesting 11 Chromebooks that I will use in my Texas history classroom to increase student engagement, motivation and expand learning experiences. The technology will also help me improve the educational productivity of my students by accelerating the rate of learning through student generated classroom projects for each of the units of the Texas history course.

About my class
