Thank you again for your donation. On May 3, 2020 I completed my Breathe for Change Training with a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification + Wellness Champion Certification.

The program has enhanced my overall well-being, physical well-being, and emotional well-being. The workshop experiences offered me the ability to positively influence others. In addition, it has helped me handle problems and deal with emotional challenges calmly and with a positive view. My intention is to bring this practice of wellness into my school community through transformation of self for my students, their families and my colleagues.”
