Thank you for the funds to support my project. We have use the materials to paint beautiful trees to give to our families, we have explored sound with the tuning forks, we have used the sand timer to help us in our calming corner.

The students were thrilled to see the items. Our curriculum is very heavy on teacher lead learning and a consistent routine from day to day. The students were thrilled to have a change of pace with the items we received.

We have plans to paint more. I am going to have them write a story and paint a cover for their story for Nevada Reading Week.”
