This classroom project was brought to life by Target Corporation and 2 other donors.

The easel will help me teach my students literacy through reading,modeling formation of letters, and picture walks of with an engaging, interactive and tactile approach. The wooden play house cube is the perfect cozy little nook that provides children the need to feel comforted and secure while dealing with daily social emotional frustrations. The Tee-Pee encourages dramatic play in many areas we will be learning throughout our units of study. For example, learning learning about light, and promote literacy while reading in a comfortable space. Students will also be encouraged to use this space through dramatic play through a multicultural aspect that touches on history.This also provides a comfortable nook for students to fell welcomed, safe, and excited for other various areas of dramatic play such as imaginative campfires that promotes literacy.
