Ready to Tackle The Year 2021-2022
Funded Sep 1, 2021Thank you for the items and material that i was able to purchase with the donations.
My students enjoy using the dry eraase boards when we are wroking on our numbers and letters during carpet time. They like using them when i name a letter or number and they are able to write it down.
They also enjoy using the magnet alphabets to use them to put on top of letter students names on their desk as well. The cushion chairs are used in the libraray area to sit or be comfortable while using the tablets.
Again thank you very much.

They have enjoyed them very much, it helped out when we have something extra to give our students when they didn't like our school meals. The cookies, chips and candy snacks filled their tummys on a daily basis. I would like to say thank you from all my students in the classroom and for your caring to provide us with these snacks.”

Funded Dec 2, 2020Thank you very much for your donations. My students have enjoyed the material that was donated by you. The aprons that I ordered for my students were very supportive for them, we had a Bread Study lesson for four weeks and we talked about bread the baker and what he wears,so we had our students design their own aprond and they did an awsome job. I have lots of pictures that i took and that some students were not attending class but I sent the aprons home and they sent me pictures as well.
Thank you again.”

Funded May 5, 2020I would like to take this time to thank all of you for helping out my students in a time that has been very hard for them and as well as my self having to teach from home.
When i packed my material in large sealed baggies and had a day for the parents to drop by the school parking lot to pick up the material for the students to work from home i saw brite smiles and happy students.
Most of my students come from low income families and sometimes its hard for them to buy educational material for the students.
The students were using the material at home for their free time so that they had something to do and not be bored or getting into mischief at home.
With the colored maccoroni we made necklaces and with the facial patterns i asked them to draw a face of how they felt, i had students draw happy, sad, mad, and angry faces and asked them why they felt that way and some said that they missed going to school, and missed their friends and teacher.”

Funded Sep 26, 2019Well first of all I want to thank my Donor for donating to this project for my students in this classroom of 20 students.
When i received all the items i brought them out and introduced them to the students and they were very excited to use them, especially in the art area. They wanted to make the sun catcher that day.
As you can see in the pictures that I sent my para pro was in the art area helping the students create their own sun catcher using what ever color of tissue and what was the animal they were going to make, fish, butterfly or turtle. They have enjoyed making those.
On the whale puzzle they have been using it on a daily basis, especially when a parent comes in they ask for help and parents join them in the carpet area to put it together.
I really enjoy the calendar because when it comes to free play the students pretend they are the teacher and have me put on the calendar song and have a group of student playing together.
Thank you .”

Ms. Juarez
