Ensuring that my classroom has the necessary basic supplies that we need allows for us to focus on their lessons. Basic supplies and organizational supplies are needed in order to ensure that the classroom can run efficiently. Making sure that there are enough pencils ensures that students are able to take notes on their lessons and actively participate in classroom activities. Organizational supplies for the desks and classrooms allows students to easily find supplies and ensures that grading is done in a timely fashion. Paddy papers are a great tool for students to better understand transformations and rotations. Tanagrams are a great hands-on activity for students to manipulate shapes and how changes to a shape affect its perimeter, area, and volume.
