  • Sight Words and More

    Funded Nov 28, 2023

Thank you so much for helping me get some activities and supplies to help make our classroom more interactive and supportive of diversity. My students are going to be able to create and take home sight words that they need to work on. We also will have games that we can play to continue practicing. Thank you so much!”

  • Engaging Lessons with Integrated Technology

    Funded Oct 18, 2022

Thank you so much for supporting the project for our fourth grade classroom! We were able to get some new escape rooms to help us explore more with science and math. I was also able to get some additional materials on different levels to support students with mini booklets to take home and continue to practice their reading. We've also gotten a few STEM games and activities to help challenge our minds. My students have completely enjoyed having these and the best part is, I can reuse these in future classes!! It's the gift that keeps giving!”

  • Supplies for Success!

    Funded Jul 6, 2022

Thank you so much for helping me put together these supplies for students. I was able to make sure that every student received a pouch with supplies that can easily be refilled and changed out as needed. The pouches make it very easy for them to bring them back between school and home so that they have resources that they need at home as well. My students and families were so grateful that this was something that they didn't have to worry about providing. Students now have extra pencils, erasers, glue, crayons, dry erase makers, and dry erasers. Thank you again for helping to make this happen for my class!”

  • Look At My Work - In Color!

    Funded Nov 16, 2021

Thank you again so much for helping our class get a color printer. Ladson is a high poverty, Title I school. As a result, many students don't have access to these devices at home. Since we have received a printer, students were able to print research to take home. They have created beautiful projects about types of severe weather. They even were able to create and print their own poetry. I have had students print materials that they can take home to help them study. It gave them an opportunity to take charge of some of the things they needed but didn't always feel comfortable asking for. It has really help to allow their creative sides to come out. They get so excited when they get to see the work they did print out. It just made their work even more meaningful to them. Thank you so much for bringing that joy into our lives.”

  • Even Math Storage Solutions Needed!

    Funded Oct 9, 2019

My students now all have their own boxes to share with a buddy with math manipulatives in them that help them solve higher level math problems. They have access to additional materials that are all stored and labeled for the ease of them to locate and find them. We have organized our math games into tubs so that when time allows they get to keep applying our math skills and can pick out the games to match their needs easily.

We are all so thankful for these tools that have really helped us to do more with this manipulatives and games. I can honestly say that we've been able to get much more use out of the materials now than in the past. Having everything organized and accessible has put everything at their fingertips.

    Thank you so much!”

    With gratitude,

This school year, my school has adopted a new math program called Bridges Math. There are many new wonderful manipulative and materials that come with it. The storage of these manipulatives is a big issue! I would like to have the materials ready to go for the students ahead of time and to store them in the storage containers and carts. The storage carts and boxes will be used so the students know where their materials are and can easily access their materials. This will make a huge difference to students working in small groups to just obtain what they need when they need it. It allows me to continue working with small groups without interruption.
