Students will be setting foundation skills needed in math and grade level skills in math. Students will have a private way of tracking and seeing what they are capable of using binders. These materials make a difference in my students learning because it will show students what their strengths and weaknesses are in math. Since they will know their strengths and weaknesses, it will help them to move toward their goals that they are setting. So many times students are told what they can't do or what they are not good at and I would like to help students to see what they are capable doing by tracking their success. Using the binders are imperative because math is a subject I hear many people say that they are not good in or cant do, but when students actually track their capability, they will be able to see that they can do math.
