Flexible seating benefits all students. Some students have a hard time sitting at their desk completing their work. For some students they need to be able to bounce, wobble, rock, etc in order to complete their work. Having multiple flexing choices gives the student options to feel comfortable. I have seen flexible seating in other classrooms which seem to really help students concentrate on their work while they rock/wobble/bounce. They are no longer fidgeting at their desk, getting up walking around the room, they are sitting on their flexible chair and working. This would help tremendously in an inclusion classroom.
