Studies have shown that many students MUST move to learn. They cannot sit in a chair all day and expect to learn. I showed the picture in my profile about ADHD, because that is the most common diagnosis people understand for students who cannot sit still. There are many more students that are not able to sit still who need the same attention. I am asking for a lot of money, I realize that, however these kids are worth it since they are our FUTURE. Our future is our kindergarten kids who are so eager to learn if given the chance. THIS is the time to "reach" these children and show them how exciting learning can be and what they can do! I am asking for flexible seating for my students so they are not forced to sit in chairs where they cannot move. I want them to be able to MOVE around WHILE still learning! They will not disturb others, they will enjoy themselves, and they will LEARN!!
