Students having all their materials and supplies when school begins is essential to starting off the year right. These supplies will help my students throughout the school year to remain engaged in lessons and stay organized. It is important that students come to class prepared and are ready to get into the daily lessons and not have to worry about essential needs such as school supplies that they are lacking. Work folders will help to keep students organized while crayons, markers, and pencils will help bring their writing to life. Every year I have noticed that students struggle to have their basic needs met and school supplies are not often an afterthought that their parents can't afford. My students are eager to return to school and will be delighted to find their own school supplies for them to use and a well-supplied​ classroom with organizational tools that work!
