Nothing But Pure Fun!
Funded Feb 4, 2022Our students were super excited to see all the equipment!! They are surprised that people want to help us even when they don't know who we are. :) We've used the crossnet a great deal as we can do so many different activities. The colored basketballs have also been a hit and of course you have to choose the right color because according to my kiddos certain colors shoot better than other. LOL We've done some fantastic games with the different dodgeballs and mini's you supplied us with. Popcorn(various balls) with a parachute is pure fun had by all levels!
I cannot thank you enough for helping add fun to our program her at Pablo Elementary!”

Discovering Creativity in Coding
Funded Feb 15, 2020Thank you for providing our students the opportunity to learn about coding and to actually see what they are doing with the coding they create. Due to Covid we have not yet had the opportunity to code and play with our robots. I am hoping very soon, with our students starting to come back to inperson learning, we will have time to do this. When this time comes I will most definitely share photos and hopefully videos of our students learning and growing with this.
Thank you from all of us at Pablo Elementary!”

This classroom project was brought to life by Endless and 3 other donors.LilGadgets Headphones!
Funded May 26, 2020Due to Covid and all the sanitation requirments we have not yet been able to use our headsets. Our students are aware we have them and cannot wait to get the opportunity to use them. They are currently using inexpensive earbuds, which they are not big fans of. Mainly because when you have tiny ears, things like this don't always fit comfortably. Prior to Covid we have used wired headsets that although fit them better it has always been a challenge to prevent the wires from wrappring around other headsets. I cannot wait to use our new headsets! When we do I promise to update with pictures and let you know how the students respond. I already know how lucky and appreciative they will be.
Thank you again from all of us at Pablo Elementary!”

Wireless Mice for Chromebooks
Funded Mar 2, 2020Thank you for the funding of our wireless mice! No more tangled cords or bins with mice and head sets getting wrapped together. With Covid they are also easy to sanitize between classes. Our mice are able to remain on the tables for quick access to each student from day to day. The students have commented many times about how much they like the mice, especially the gold ones. ; ) Well, they are in elementary and these things are important(laughing).
This may seem like a small thing but to us it has made the world of difference, even more so with Covid and sanitizing.
Thank you from all of us at Pablo Elementary!”

Wow, That's in 3D!
Funded Mar 2, 2020Due to Covid hitting our school systems we did not have an opportunity to relish in 3D printing until recently. I would like you to know how much our students have enjoyed this opportunity. We have used the Tinkercad 3D printing program and are learning more and more about this program every day. So far our 3rd and 4th graders have been able to learn and design their own Conversation Hearts for Valentine's Day and they have been working on creating name tags! The younger students have been watching the 3D machine work and are so excited to have this opportunity when they hit the 3rd grade. The excitement is flowing throughout our school! We were even able to design and print out a few items for school use. The opportunities with this machine are endless. Without you, our students would have NEVER had this opportunity to learn about 3D printing here. Learning with a 3D printer goes beyond the technology aspect and into math, history, science and so much more.
Thank you from all of us here at Pablo Elementary!”

Make It Count! Prevent Suicide
Funded Oct 24, 2019Thank you for providing us the ink to print out our students creations! This project has really made them think about the things that make them happy. What they live each and every day for. Family, friends, vacations, animals, picking berries as well as everyday experiences. Our pictures respresent just a few as others have not yet completed their calendars. I also have a couple kiddos that have lost family members this year and have included them in this project. Thank you again as without you they would have have been able to print their projects out in color.”
